  2015: ☆☆☆☆☆This UPS Store is fantastic - the staff a very helpful and super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and I have been happy with the service I have received every time I stop in.!! Thanks for everything you do Cathy!! Update 2017-07-26 ☆ I'm so frustrated with this store now that Cathy isn't here. I get planners made roughly every month or so. The last 4 times I have gone I they have never done it correctly. I prob everything myself and they just bind it. The first time they used the plastic instead of the wire, so I had reprint everything. Then they did it correctly. The second time same problem. The third time there machine broke. As I needed the planet, I only had part of my planner because it would take several days to fix the machine. Today! Took the papers in to get the planner bound and picked it up today. They used the machine for the plastic combs and then twisted the wire combs through the wider holes. The pictures that shows 2 planners - this is what it should look like (on the left) and what it does look like (on the right). Plus their pricing wen't up 30%! Not happy at all. At this point I'm buying my own machine!
