  They arevery willing to get your business when you are financing a loan. You find out later they have an archaic website for doing transactions online, but you can shrug that off. When you go to pay off your car the nightmare begins. Their tellers are uninformed and will say anything to get you out the door. I came in to pay off my loan and close the associated accounts. (They make you get a checking account so they can charge 5$ per month). 1800$ later and a promise I'll have my title in 7-10 business days I find out after close to 20 business days thats not how it works. They kept my accounts open after I closed them and charged me a 5$ service fee then told me they weren't going to release the title until I paid that. The fee came 8 days after I closed out my accounts, or so the girl said. I had to come back to a branch and be told the activity from me depositing cash into the checking they forced me to take only to transfer as needed for payments on the loan as it's considered "activity" which means that I have to pay the 5$ they charged after i closed my account. You cant make this stuff up. I could care less about the 5$. Either way, my business and next car will be financed elsewhere.

  My experience at this branch was terrible! I've had an InTouch account since 2013, never had problems until this one. Three times, this branch rubbed me the wrong way, but the third time was a big time strike three. I came by to deposit my payroll check, and needed the funds available the same day. Done it before at other branches, no problem. This Branch will not do it! I explained, first to the agent, then to the manager that this was never a problem before and asked them to reference my account history. She straight up told me to my face that she didn't feel comfortable doing that because 1. it was allegedly against InTouch Policy, and 2. because of my current account balance. ?????????????? What the heck is that? What does my account balance have to do with cashing a payroll check, and why wouldn't evidence of my rock solid account history with other transactions and loans from this bank over a 4 year period not outweigh any concerns? Had the other branch I drove to 6 miles up the road to in Plano not immediately corrected this nonsense and taken care of me, I would have dumped this bank for Bank of Texas. I was that disgusted, and late returning to work afterward, which was fun explaining to my boss....NOT! To InTouch Management reading this, you guys seriously need to square this Branch and its manager away. I'm sorry, but I've been to 4 other branches, and this one just doesn't have a welcoming atmosphere or customer service attitude from the staff, they seem to operate by their own rules differing from the rest, and they're the only bank in DFW I've been to without a public Restroom.
